The Capel St Mary Plough Football club play at the playing field off Friars Road, Capel St Mary.

They have a Saturday team in the Suffolk / Ipswich League which consists of Senior and Intermediate 'A' divisions.

Sunday Teams which are part of the Ipswich Sunday Morning League in division 5, and division 6.

The Saturday Senior team are finalists in the SCFA Senior Finals
